These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of annabanna.ai and any related recommendation service (the "Service"), operated by Pazolo Media Corp, a Wyoming corporation ("Annabanna," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Annabanna is

Annabanna helps you discover products and gift ideas based on what you tell us — through text, and optionally an uploaded image. We are a recommendation and referral service. We are not a retailer, seller, manufacturer, or shipper of any product we recommend, and we don't process payments for third-party products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Affiliate links and recommendations

Some links on the Service are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer or affiliate network, at no additional cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. Product availability, pricing, and accuracy of listings are controlled by the third-party retailer, not by us, and may change after we make a recommendation.

4. No warranty on third-party products

We do not manufacture, sell, warrant, or guarantee any product referenced through the Service. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the third-party retailer, subject to that retailer's own terms, return policy, and warranties. We are not responsible for product quality, shipping, customer service, refunds, or disputes arising from a purchase made through a link on the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload images that you don't have the right to share, or that depict another identifiable person without their consent.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service outside of what we make publicly available.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that depicts a minor in any inappropriate context.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and underlying technology (excluding third-party product content and trademarks, which belong to their respective owners), is owned by or licensed to Annabanna. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Recommendations are generated with the help of automated tools and may not always be accurate, complete, or suited to your needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annabanna and Pazolo Media Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any product purchased through a link on the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law (for example, certain consumer protection laws in the EU or UK).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Annabanna harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
